For more than thirty years, Bartlett Lodge 211's Annual BBQ has served as a fundraising event benefiting our Lodge, scholarship funds, and charitable activities throughout our community.
We start with premium 8-10 pound Boston Butts, season them with our special homemade spice blend, then smoke them low and slow for 8-10 hours to create the flavor our supporters look forward to every year.
While Memphis may be known for its Championship BBQ Competition, we do not compete. We are quietly confident that we produce the finest and most mouth-watering smoked Boston Butts you can find anywhere. Try one and we are sure you will agree.
